Return policy

You may return merchandise to Bits 'N' Bytes America by any insured carrier after you receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA). A RMA number can be obtained by emailing customercare@bitsnbytesamerica.com.

No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
All returns must be made in original condition and include all accessories. You will receive a credit for your purchase only if it meets the criteria below. We do not offer merchandise exchanges.

14-Day Return Period
Fourteen days from the date merchandise was received.

Exceptions
The following items are not returnable:

Any service provided by Bits 'N' Bytes America.
Items that are abused or tampered
Packaging that is tampered or damaged
Opened computer software, memory modules

Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all opened items

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you return a product that was damaged, defective or incorrect in its shipment from Bits 'N' Bytes America, you will receive a full credit.

Personal Data
Bits 'N' Bytes America is not responsible for any personal data left on or in these items.

Rebate Policy
Any product that was purchased when a mail-in rebate was available on the purchase is subject to having the amount of the rebate deducted from the refund amount.
Individual items in a bundle package cannot be returned.
Bundle purchases can be returned in their entirety in accordance with our standard return policy.
Bits 'N' Bytes America reserves the right to deny any return.
